We hold same-day slots every weekday for acute pain and walk-ins. Call as early in the day as you can — mornings are best for same-day availability. If we're full, we'll be honest and book you for the next available opening.What happens at the first visit?
Full history, a postural and movement exam, and almost always your first adjustment in the same visit. Plan on 45–60 minutes. You'll leave with a clear plan — usually 2–4 follow-up visits for most acute cases.Do you treat auto-accident & whiplash cases?
Yes. Whiplash and soft-tissue strain from auto accidents are one of the most common things we treat in Anchorage. We can bill auto medical-payments coverage directly in most cases — bring your claim # and adjuster contact.Will I need x-rays?
Not for most cases. We refer for imaging only when the exam findings or your history specifically warrant it — never as a routine upsell.Do you see kids and pregnant patients?
Yes. Many chiropractors decline these cases — we don't. We treat children for posture and athletic injuries, and we adjust pregnant patients using techniques designed for prenatal care. Call with specifics and we'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.What does it cost without insurance?

Yes — walk-ins are welcome during business hours, with same-day appointments held for acute pain. If you can call 10 minutes ahead, we'll usually be able to greet you with your file already pulled.
